Hello
for some time, the REAL software has not detected my RealAxiom. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it, and it doesn't detect anything anymore. I unplugged and plugged in again, and nothing. My module is receiving power since the green light is on and the computer receives a signal when it connects it to the computer, but the REAL software cannot find anything.
Can you help me please?

Hi guys
If you have a wired trainer, usually the problem is due to COM port configuration.
In that case, follow the instructions in this link:

If you have an ant or B+ trainer, the problem may be on the ant+ dongle.
Try changing USB port for the dongle.
Also, check if you have any Garmin software installed on your pc. Some of them, for example Garmin Express, can occupy the ant dongle at pc startup.
In this case, run the Garmin Software and disable the automatic run at pc startup. If you prefer, you can also run Windows Task Manager and kill the Garmin process before running Real software.
If the problem doesn't solve or you need more detailed instructions, contact the customer care:

Remember that Real software is no more supported at development level and soon will be definitely dismissed.
