Kubu Elite Elite fluid Plus maintenance

I have a three-year-old to Elite which is used only for a couple of days out of the year. Probably less than a thousand miles total but it is making sort of a loud growling sound when I ride on it I'm wondering if it's a normal sound. I would like information on how to lubricate and maintain the trainer. Any and all information is appreciated thanks. Incidentally I have a video which I'd like to attach. Thanks
