Problem Pairing The controler

Hello,

I got an Elite Qubo Digital (nonAnt+) with the Digital Wireless Controler.
But I dont have a Manual and did not get any feedback on a Contact request via the Website for 2 weeks now.

So maybe you can help me to get the Controler paired to the Unit?
I did perform a Reset in the Controler and at the end of the setup it says Pairing but nothing happens.
The Qubo is plugged in and it sounds like it performs a selftest when powered on.

Do I miss something?
Please help..

Hi Patrick

I've checked but it seems that we haven't received any request from you (or at least not with this email).

Are you sure you've hooked well the console on its support at the end? Otherwise, speed won't be read.
If this is not the problem,try in this way:

First power on the resistance unit.
-Push AC button (on the back of the handlebar console)
-Push and keep pushed together the right and left button until "EPP OK" appears.
-Push 1 time the central button - "AP2 OK" will appear .
-Push central button again 1 time - appears "Reset NO".
-Push 1 time left button - appears "Reset YES".
-Push 1 time central button then appears PAIRING.
-Push 1 time left button then --- flashing until it shows the number of pairing.
-Push the central button 1 time for HRate pairing
-Push and keep pushed the central button to show the initial screen.
If during the Pairing operation appears AP2 Err push AC button e try again.

Hello,

I'm unable to locate the powerbutton on the back of the unit (SN q2894)
No matter how long i press the outer 2 buttons, EPP does not show up.

Ah OK thx.

How long is the paring taking normaly?
The numbers are counting up on the screen for nearly 10 min now.

10 minutes are definitely too much.
After some time, you should get a "YES" or an "ERR".
If this doesn't happen, please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and specify also the serial number of your Qubo Digital

Unpair and re-pair Daydream controller:

    Open your phone's Settings app .
    Under "Wireless & networks," tap Bluetooth.
    In the "Paired Device" list, next to the controller, tap Settings .
    Tap Forget.
    Open the Daydream app Settings.
    Tap Controller Pair new controller.
    To finish pairing, hold down the Daydream button .
