Hi
I got mine Direto a couple of weeks ago and I have noticed that while training with my E-training app and pause, it no longer change the resistance. I have tried to change the resistance % and cycling through to the next segment but nothing happens. Is it a software glitch or something with my trainer?

Sorry, I'm not sure to have understood.
If you pause the training, resistance should return to zero. Then, when you press play again, the resistance should return to the previous value and then it will continue to adjust.
Do you have this lack of resistance change every time you pause?
Which training type are you doing?
If you restart completely the training, the resistance works as usual?

If I pause, and then resume, the resistance is not increasing. I have to restart the whole workout for it to work again. I have only tried this on program mode.

I did some test but I was not able to reproduce the issue.
Please contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com explaining the situation and adding as much information as possible (device model, os version, trainer serial number, account...)
