directo resistance mode

My new Direto seems fine in ERG mode, but it gets extremely hard to pedal when I switch to resistance mode. I have calibrated several time, and I have the same problem in myETraining and trainer road. To give some idea, I have to push about 350 watts to do 100 RPM in my 36/25 gear at a 3% grade.
