It appears my free hub is bent, twisted on the axle, it wasn't easy to get the spindle through but now when's it running I notice the free hub as a buckled appearance, wobbling in and out towards the dropout by 3 or 4mm. .

Just built it up and had one test ride before noticing looking from above.
