Aria fan goes to full speed shortly after ride

I am concerned because several times my Aria has suddenly gone to full speed 5 or 10 minutes after I have ended my ride. I am using the body temperature sensor as input and hear the fan slowing as I cool down but then either when I remove the HRM belt and sensor, or even if I am still wearing it, the fan will go to full speed and require me to unplug it to stop it.
There hasn't been a solution for the trainer becoming unresponsive between rides and now this. Very disappointed with the mediocre "Elite" products.
