import workout sequence in ASCII formt

Postby wolfgang-henke » Wed Oct 05, 2022 2:15 pm

Hi All,
is it possible to import ASCII type files containing workout descriptions?
An example could be a Zwift type of workout definition, like:

5min from 120 to 255W
4x 5min @ 288W,
5min @ 265W
5min from 225 to 165W

or similar.
kind regards
Wolfgang

With the ever-increasing popularity of fitness and workout routines, it can be hard to keep track of all of the different exercises that you need to complete. Fortunately, there are now easy ways to store and organize your workouts using ASCII format. ASCII stands for American Standard Code for Information Interchange, and is a way to represent text in computers. This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to import a workout sequence into an ASCII form.
