Configuration Cadence Issues

Looking for some help please.

I am experiencing ridiculously high cadence reporting whilst using my Elite Qubo Power Mag trainer; whilst cycling in Level Mode using the IOS mobile app... I have commonly seen figures of over 250 RPM. My latest 20k has an average of 180 RPM and max of 1,119.00 RPM.

I have reconfigured several times but no luck, any advice please?
