Putting the Home Trainer Elite Suito on standby / Mise en veille du Home Trainer Élite Suito

Postby joy8eight » Tue Nov 23, 2021 11:07 am

Bonjour,

Merci d’avance !

Hello, I am coming to you because I cannot find a solution to my problem in the various forums I have been able to browse. My concern is the following: - When I connect my Elite Suito T home trainer exclusively to my polar vantage V2 watch using Bluetooth, everything works perfectly but the home trainer always goes into standby after about 15 minutes. - When I connect my indoor trainer exclusively via ANT + to my computer, the indoor trainer does not go to sleep but I have no resistance. - When I connect the trainer to the watch via Bluetooth + to my computer via ANT +, then it does not go to sleep but I still have no resistance. So I don't have the option of having a functional indoor trainer for more than 15 minutes. Note that my home trainer is up to date (via the "Upgrado" application). So I would like to know if it is possible to make the resistor functional via ANT + and to remove the device from sleep? Thanks in advance !

Hi

Speed is properly shown when you train?

Yes, speed is displayed on my Vantage when I train... Until it looks like a standby. The speed returns when I restart the home trainer.

It’s already done since Tuesday 23 November (request 133642) but I still don’t have an answer.

I've checked and one of our technician replied you the same day.
Is it possible that his email is in your spam folder?

I've warned him and he has just sent you a new email, let me know if you receive it

I have received his email thank you!

As requested in the latter, I just tested the different resistance levels and the resistance changes without a problem. Moreover, the home trainer does not go to sleep after 15 minutes when it is connected to my iPad via the My e-training application.
So it only goes to sleep when it is connected to my Polar Vantage V2 watch.
So is there a possibility to avoid putting the home trainer on standby?

Thanks again !

Merci encore !
