Second elite zumo trainer broken

Hi

I had an elite zumo, and after 2 months or so, it started to make a weird noise and the power measures went crazy. The customer service from elite was amazing and sent me a replacement and I sent the faulty one back to them

Again, after 2 months or so, it is starting to make the same noise. By the look of it looks like the hub is bent, as when I move the bike to the left, the noise gets reduced or disappears

Is this a design problem? I have seen several messages from people suffering the same problem

Same thing has happened to me. Design fault. I'll be asking for a full refund
