wrong trainer on app

I purchased an Elite Novo Smart Trainer from Halfords here in the UK and when i connect to the e- training app it configures the Qubo Digital Smart B+ trainer. Have I been ripped off

No you are OK, it's the other name for it as Halfords called it the Novo Smart.
