Hello...When you are in the white screen when the app asks you to pedal, wait until the trainer appears on the list and be sure that there's a green tick on it before pressing next.
If still you are not able to see data during the training, please send us the screenshots of the parameter screen and advanced settings screen.

I'm having same problem, have not used direto in months. Using just to garmin head and speed and power all wrong. Tried to connect with E training app and does not find trainer when start peddling. I'm connecting with BT as that's what was connected with before, never needed ant+ dongle. Any ideas please?
