Hi I just got my Suito.
I cant' activate my 1 month free trial with zwift.
Can you help me ?

Hi, I'm having the same problem.
Just bought a Suito and can't activate the 1 month free trial with Zwift. When I try and redeem on the redeem.elite site it says the serial number is not recognised.
Can anybody help?

I just purchase a Direto X and having the same issue S/N not recognized. Can't get the activation code...

I managed it with changing the "J" to "I" when entering the number!

I asked customer support the same question this morning and was told that I should receive vouchers by email after registering my trainer... If I dont receive anything it means I dont have access to these.
Does anyone have by chance a Rouvy voucher they do not use?

If you don't have a Zwift account, you'll need to create one. Once you have a Zwift account, log in to your account with your username and password.
Redeem your 1-month free trial: Once logged in, visit the Zwift membership page
Select 1-Month Free Trial: Find the option to start a free trial. It might be labeled "Start Trial" or something similar. Select this option.
Follow the prompts: Follow the on-screen prompts to activate your 1-month free trial.
