Map Courses doesn't work

Hi. I have the following problem. I can create a route in the app, but when I try to save it one turning circle appears for a while and dat’s it – no file is save. The same is happened when I try to update the altitude – no altitude is shown Please tell me what i do wrong of it is app problem. I use Android 9.0 and My E-training 2.8.0
I also tried to import files (created with aplications who add altitude) , but they all show the course but not altitude.
