To hight resistance using Zwift!!!!

Hello everyone,
My Elite Direto gives strange situation when using Zwift workout. At some point, the unit resistant is so high that i have to stop pedalling to bring it back. Tried it many times, and always the same. I did the calibration. Could my unit be defective.
