How to fix windows update error

I am recently getting
windows error 80070103 on my laptop. I also checked on the internet and got to know that this happens due to some incomplete installed updates. I also update the system but nothing is working. Can anyone provide me a valid solution to fix this issue?

Try to install a driver that is already installed on your system or a driver that has a lower compatibility rating than one you already have installed.

Windows update error 80070103 is warning, keeps trying to download this update which has failed in the past
