Hi there I might be being a little thick but the instructions seem to be pretty poor in my defence! I have 700c wheels so 28 inch when you fix the unit to the bracket is I the bottom or top holes for that size , the info is really sketchy i have in the top holes if it's wrong what difference does it make .
