Turbo Muin Blocked/Stuck

Hello,
I bought an Elite Turbo Muin Smart B a couple of years ago from a German webstore called Starbike. The trainer worked perfectlly until the last two months when a really hard noise started coming from it. It begin with this noise for a while until warm up but then in the last month the noise were unstoppeable while training and harder while sprinting. I use this trainer almost only for spriting because Im a track sprinter, but then, two weeks ago the Turbo Muin made a hugh noise while I was performing an sprint and then it stopped completelly. I cant make a pedal stroke because it's blocked or stuck. It doesnt move forward at all no matter how hard I try to push (and I have big leg strenght) so I don't know what happened, I don't know how to fix it, I can't send it back to Germany or Europe or nowhere cuz the cost is really high and in Colombia there are no places with experience in fixing this kind of devices. So I need an urgent solution. Tell me please what's the problem and how can I fix it by my self.
