Rear derailleur touching Direto

Hello,
I have a problem with my Direto.
When I'm in the lightest gear in the back, the rear derailleur touches the Direto and makes the gear useless. I noticed that the outside of the Direto was bent outwards a bit making it touch my rear derailleur. I'm not sure wether it's supposed to be like that or not. My rear derailleur does not seem to be bent. I also re-indexed my gears to the limit, but the rear derailleur still makes contact.
