my E Training app

I have the my E training app in the menu it suggests record gps,
It loads a map, which shows my current local, and says press start, which I did, I get to my destination and it asks me to save yet nothing has happened the map is a diagonal line across no mans land. Fed up with all the nonsense. Save what 1.3 miles when I know I’ve done 20. They want me to subscribe every time I curiously press a button yet why would I pay when this doesn’t work. I live in a 4G area, the area I cover is 4G. Someone suggested pressing + button and naming the start and finish, can’t be done in advance of the ride only at the end and as I’ve explained nothing to save.

We are having some problems with google APIs lately, and this issue could be related to that.
Please contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and explain the situation.

‘We’ suggests you are part of Elite? Why haven’t you addressed this problem for me? Now I have to do all this shit again.

Hi

Yes, I work in Elite of course.
But we prefer to keep separate the forum requests and the customer care as we use a particular software to manage the customer care emails.
It's due to the company policy.
