I'm a 230 lb guy when riding on the flat on zwift I have to push over 200watts to go 13 mph . All the p1 p 2 ect are at stock setting. What should I change them to ? Zwift power is reading around 75watts when on the flat. Full out I can't get 250 Watts ?

Hi

I'm not sure to have understood your request.

On flat, your weight is not significant.
At 20Km/h (13mph) you should have around 75W, that's what the trainer have to simulate.
To increase your power, you have to increase the slope or the speed.
