Drivo doesn't use batteries. It has a power supply.
Usually a failed calibration is due to disconnections (interference).
Please try again (also with a different device) and if the problem persists contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com

Select level mode in my e-training and pedal on it at constant speed. Then, increase gradually the level. Do you feel the resistance change?
