It may be that the motor is stuck for some reason.

How many often does it happens? It may be a disconnection.

Probably you have an old version of the Misuro.

- the serial number of your Turbo Muin

My e-training Desktop pc software in this moment only supports the ant+ fe-c interactive trainers. If you have a RealTour ant version (not B+), it is not supported yet.
