It seems a problem related to the gear.
Contact your trusted mechanic and ask him to adjust the gear

Does this happens frequently?
The other data (speed, HR...) freeze in the same way or they are properly shown?
It may be a disconnection or a problem on the internal sensor.

As Qubo Power Mag Smart B+ is not an interactive trainer, it's not possible to do a software automatic calibration.
What you can do is to calibrate it manually:

Hi I'm sorry, we don't have any battery pack for our trainers. Theoretically, if you can find a power battery pack that provides the same output as our power supply (and has the same connector), you could be able to connect it... but it's all theoretical, we cannot guarantee that this will work prop...

Il suo Huawei P20 supporta il protocollo ant? Se prova a connettere il trainer via ant, ci riesce?

So you are saying the communication is only from Edge to Elite Trainer. Elite trainer is not sending anything back to confirm the resistance settings is accepted or what is current resistance settings? Not saying so. The trainer will send back its actual status, but can't send a previous one. I'll ...

Hi It depends. Do you have any other issue (strange noise, slipping at high speed, sudden drop in power)? If it is so, it is necessary to tighten the belt.
