The Qubo Digital doesn't have any oil in it.
Probably you've put too much grease/oil on the cassette and chain. When you pedal, it sprays from the chain to the wall
Give it a check!

In our app and software you have to set the weight (and it will be taken into account during the simulation). It's in the rider parameters.

I confirm you that our app and software only export the rider data (speed, power, cadence, HR...). It doesn't export the gps and altimetry data.
It's not the first time that someone asks for this option and the developers are aware of this.

Please check if bluetooth and also localization (gps) are both enabled.
Also, check if the suito is already connected to some other device.
