La potenza viene trasmessa già dalla scheda del trainer

Utilizzi la cadenza che trova più comoda per il tratto su cui sta pedalando.
Non si preoccupi troppo e segua l'allenamento al suo meglio, calibrando la fatica (e quindi la cadenza) in modo da portarlo a termine (senza eccessiva fatica ma senza rilassarsi troppo).

On your Garmin you have to set a circumference value equal to your wheel circumference divided by 15.34 (as you have to consider the internal ratio)

For Turno it's 15.34
