Are you sure to have properly mounted the bike on the trainer?
Remember that the tire must touch the roller before you close the lever. When you close the lever, the roller will be pushed "inside" the tire

It seems that something has gone wrong during the test. Are you sure to have followed the instructions on screen in all the three phases?
Repeat the test and if you have again strange results contact the customer care adding the exported training test file.
