the training test should go to phase 3 when your heart rate reaches the target value.
If this has not happened, please contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com adding a screenshot of the test when the issue occurs.

Hi Jenc0 I don't know very well the BKool software. What I can say is that they support the ant+ fe-c protocol, so they are compatible with our trainer via ant+. But if you want to connect using ant+, indeed you need a usb ant+ dongle. Direto transmits also in bluetooth LE (using FTMS standard), but...

Where exactly can I find the option 'Trainer Sensor Calibration' in the iOS app? It doesn't show up to me.
The calibration wizard is in the Advanced Settings of the app.
The option appears only for the trainers that can be calibrated, of course.

Please contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com, explain the situation (with the same information you've shared here) and add also some photos of the bike - in particular the derailleur/hub part. The guys there will tell you if it is compatible or not.
