There is a sticker with the date of production, but nothing more.

Se il programma non si avvia, provate a disinstallare completamente il software e a scaricarlo nuovamente dalla nostra pagina web (https://www.elite-it.com/it/prodotti/ap ... e-training). Se il problema persiste, contattate l'assistenza tecnica all'indirizzo myetraining@elite-it.com

Hi Martin Here in the forum we doesn't answer daily, as you can see. But about the customer care, we've received only one request the 27th of march and you got a reply within 48hours. I see that you've sent the trainer to the distributor for a repair, so all should be ok now. If it is not so, please...
