Yes many of us know... And the answer is not pleasant, it is simply not possible. My e training doesn't export the elevation in the file. We asked for it several years ago already but elite doesn't communicate on the development roadmap.

Yes novomescan, your trainer is connected via ant+ and this is fine. But it is recommended that you wear a cardio belt during the ftp test as it is a violent exercise.

In my case I contacted the support and they sent me a new motherboard that I replaced. Since then it works fine.
I don't know if the same would apply to your home trainer.
