if you have any strange noise from the trainer, contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and send us a short video in which we can hear the noise and understand the possible cause

Non dovrebbe avere problemi a connettersi. Si assicuri che il trainer non sia ancora connesso al pc. Provi in questo modo: - tolga la batteria dal misuro (e approfitti per verificarne il livello, in quanto il livello di carica necessario per far riconoscere il trainer è inferiore a quello per farlo ...

Are you using any sensor on your Volare?
Are you using Misuro B+?
If it is so, please check number of flashes set on the misuro, position (orientation is important) and configuration in the app.
