Run calibration in my e-training and check if the offset value you get is closer to the original one (you can find it on a sticker on the trainer), then let me know. @hamish, In standby mode the resistance is a little bit high...

I don't know Virtu Go, but I think it can connect only with ant+ fe-c trainers.
If it is so, you should upgrade your RealTour. But to do this, the trainer must be the upgradable version (serial number higher than 22210)

8.0.0.44 is the last one. There will be other updates if necessary.
Increasing the power/slope during the training is possible only in free ride mode. In this case, you are allowed to select which keyboard key to use to increase/decrease.
