Are you using a myRealVideo? If it is so, try with another one. Sometimes some myRealVideos are badly recorded and may have some issue. Yes, I work in Elite of course.
But we prefer to keep separate the forum requests and the customer care as we use a particular software to manage the customer care emails.
It's due to the company policy.
