Check:
- battery level of the misuro
- number of flashes set in the misuro
- position of the misuro on the trainer (orientation is important)
- configuration in the app

If still the problem persists, contact the customer care adding all the information above

Consider that Zwift calculate a virtual speed basing on power value. If you use my e-training instead, all is working properly? Power and speed seems correct?
