My Direto shows up in MyEtraining and zwift both via ant+ on my pc and blutooth on my phone however it does not transmit and data at all. Do I have a broken unit or is there a simple fix to this?

I have a new Direto and it the sensors are picked up on the Direto app via bluetooth and zwift by ant+ but it doesn't transmit and power data to either when pedaling, do i have a dodgy unit or could it be something like the wheel circumference value?
