So how does one go about getting a replacement belt? I see that Elite has a replacement on their site and ask that you to contact customer support prior to purchasing, however given the current situation I'm thinking they all have more important things to do than replace my belt. Update on this topic - messaged Elite customer support and relatively quickly they were able to diagnose the problem: motherboard. Sending me a new motherboard for installation. Hopefully this fixes the issue and I'm back to maximum suffering shortly.
