Re: Power Meter Link (PML) smoothing results in meaningless power values
Thanks for the test. A minor delay when using the PML is expected and quite typical. It's important to understand that the power sensor transmits data to the trainer, and subsequently, the trainer communicates this data to the app. Therefore, a delay of 2-3 seconds is considered within the normal ra...

Hi Christoph
Please disable PML and pair the external power sensor in the configuration (without using the PML)
What happens in this case?

Re: Elite Tuo - Watt output too high while clinbing on Zwift
If you use my e-training instead of Zwift, do you have the same issue?
If not, the problem must be on how Zwift control the trainer. Otherwise, the problem may be on the trainer.
In both cases, I suggest you to contact our support to investigate further:

If you have 9-10-11 speed version, you can mount it. If you have the 12speed version, you need this: https://www.shopelite-it.com/en/spare-parts-hometrainers-and-rollers/accessories/compatible-sram-xd-xdr-freehub-for-direct-drive-hometrainer-direto-direto-x-direto-xr-drivo-drivo-ii-kura-turno-suito-...

Re: Direto XR creaking noise
Hi guys The Direto has a power sensor inside and a calibration algorithm. Distancing the magnets won't affect the performance of the trainer, don't worry about this. The only thing that may change is the time requested for a resistance change, that can vary a little, but it's almost imperceptible Re...
