If it's a power mag, are you using a Misuro sensor?
If it is so, please check its position (orientation is important) and the flash setting

The video must be downloaded in all the devices (it must have been saved locally)
But if you bought it on one, you'll be able to download it for free in every device.

It's a mechanical issue.
If the trainer is still under warranty, contact the shop where you bought it and ask for a replacement.
If the warranty has expired, contact our customer care.

It depends on the serial number, the first productions didn't use the ftms protocol.
Contact the customer care specifying your trainer serial number to know if yours has it or not (and eventually how to update it)
