If you have any doubt about strange noises or sound, contact the customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com and add a short video in which we can hear the noise. This will be very helpful to understand the problem.

Yes, I work in Elite of course.
But we prefer to keep separate the forum requests and the customer care as we use a particular software to manage the customer care emails.
It's due to the company policy.

That's quite strange. Please select Parameters and scroll down til the end, the advanced configuration option must be there. If you cannot see it, try uninstalling the app and install it again (it could be a visualization problem). If the problem persists, contact our customer care at myetraining@el...
