Re: Early Review of Nero Rollers - GREAT

I use my Nero Rollers connected to Rouvy AR and do so through the Apple TV app [Bluetooth] connected to a 32 inch monitor, and Rouvy seems to work fine. It has been so long since I first connected to Rouvy in that set up [it now just is automatically connected when I turn on the Nero and Apple TV an...

Re: Nero Bike Rollers

you have described my experience with the Nero and Favero but it is usually just starting off. However, the pedals produce instant changes in the power but that is how I have it set rather than 3 seconds or more. Not sure but I do suspect that Nero does an average over a period of time. This morning...

Re: Nero Bike Rollers

when I did ride Zwift I connected with my Favero power meter pedals for resistance changes and it was fairly close but definitely a lag. I now ride mainly using Rouvy or Elite's own software MyETraining videos or training programs. No lag and my Favero and Nero readings are very close after the firs...

Re: Enter spindown number in the app

I see the spin down number when I perform the test but have no idea what it means. What does those numbers represent?

Re: Nero thumping noise at 2 to 3% grade

Did not find out what the issue was- they just wanted it back.

Somewhere else I seem to recall that someone disassembled the side and found some loose material which they removed and were back up. Since warranty was in place, I had no need to disassemble.

LOVE MY NERO - Which routes are you riding?

Specially at this time. Been riding at least 30 minutes everyday, mostly on My E Training -MyRealVideo routes. Some are scenic, some are challenging, some are both. But riding on Rollers keeps it all interesting. Sometimes I use Rouvy or Kinomap, but MyRealVideo is usually very cool and comes with t...

Re: Nero thumping noise at 2 to 3% grade

I am remiss in not posting here. Elite did replace my Nero rollers that had the thumping sound on resistance. Took a couple of weeks but as Shane would say "Happy Days" as the replacement works perfectly! Smooth and gradual resistance on hill climbing to the max of 7%. NO NOISE or thumping...

Re: Nero thumping noise at 2 to 3% grade

By the way, I ride the rollers about 5 days a week for about 10 miles or 30 to 40 minutes a day depending on the route and climbing. No other change in location, but temperature varies daily as it is in my garage. No extreme temperatures. Also, today's ride with the thumping noise was the first ride...

Re: Nero thumping noise at 2 to 3% grade

Loud thumbing noise came back today on a 3-7% climb when resistance kicked in. So loud that it was disturbing and it goes away when dropping down below 3% or flat areas. Almost sounds like something is loose inside the right side of the roller mount, but the rollers still work and the resistance see...

Re: Nero thumping noise at 2 to 3% grade

still only occasionally getting the noise. Road up mountain route yesterday at about 7% grade for 3 or 4 miles and no such noise. Elite said it might be a bearing problem but I am trying to figure out if it is something with position of bike versus heat etc since the noise goes away for 100s of mile...
