Re: When will the Strezo be unlocked for other apps

It would be interesting, now that Wahoo RGT had steering. Wahoo offer a phone based device, but I would love to use my Sterzo. I would not be surprised that use of their steering device on a competitor platform will not be a high priority for Elite. RGT steering is quite binary.....so wont take full...

Vibration / drop out - usual?

Hi all I have been using my Drivo for several years - and I remain a happy user. Recently I have noticed two issues: 1. Vibration that I can feel through the pedals (and can be heard transmitting through the house!) when I am putting down over 250W in the highest gear (i.e. when the rear cassette is...

Re: Drivo Erg Mode

Thanks Mike ...... I was struggling with the 10s bursts in Zwift - and using the ERG mode change in the Zwift companion. Your observations are useful - as we are all hunting for a solution - but sometimes you just have to suck it up - and get on with it. (leaving us to consider "fitness for pur...

Re: Drivo Erg Mode

Tests done - using MyETraining - once on a PC (using a USB lead to ensure proximity of the sensor) - and once on a tablet - both using ANT+. I tried keeping to 90 cadences. It's not very pretty. A bit of research shows it is covered by GP Lama in his recent video. So it looks like in an attempt to m...

Re: Drivo Erg Mode

Right - getting more fed-up with the ERG mode now I am doing structured workouts again. I will set up a workout with the steps mentioned. Then run it via several apps/devices to check a possible signal/app issue. Keep the cadence as locked as possible at 90. As my technical background is in dynamic ...

Re: Drivo Erg Mode

I moved from the Tacx Flux to the Drivo. The Drivo makes a bit more noise when running normally - but the Flux was just too fragile (I had two that failed). I did some undemanding ERG work tonight - the unit was quite steady - but my numbers appeared to vary more than on the Tacx. (I say appeared .....

Re: Drivo 1 or Direto

I have done flux - twice! Very nice when it works - very noisy when it doesn't. Not that accurate with the power - which is only annoying in races. Now back on the Bushido .... OK for spinning on virtual platforms ... but cant wait to be back on a direct drive device

Drivo 1 or Direto

Due to some competitive pricing I aim to give Elite a try after returning my direct drive smart trainer due to quality control issues I have the option for a Drivo 1 or a Direto - with a price difference of about 20% I will be mainly using virtual platforms like Road Grand Tours / Zwift. BUT will al...
