Have had my trainer since February 2018. Used it briefly for a few months and start using it again a few weeks ago. Last week when I was using TrainerRoad and erg mode it would not give any resistance. I tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. I do not hear any sound coming from the motor...

I have been using trainer road for the last 3 weeks today the erg mode would not work. I unplugged Direto. Reset Bluetooth. Tried multiple plans with no avail. Usually when I plug the trainer in I can here the erg calibrate it is no longer makes that noise.
