I had the same issue, it's caused by having "Stand alone/plugged in trainer" mode enabled on the Direto. To fix this you need the My E-Training app installed on preferable an Android phone (there was an issue with iPhones, no idea if this has been fixed). Open the app and pair the Direto. ...
