nonostante abbia seguito tutte le istruzioni, anche quelle di Apple, indicate nella vostra knowledge base, l'apertura del programma viene bloccata.

SOLVED: it was related to the inconsistency between fiscal code content and personal data inserted. By the way, the appeared eror message is misleading.
