What is the largest cassette sprocket the Direto can accommodate? 40t? maybe 42t?

Since the last software update, after uploading KML files as a Map Course I'm seeing little 'spikes' in elevation on the route profile that obviously are not 'real'. (see attached example screenshots). These spikes are usually significant in gradient and whilst you might expect to go from 5% to 13% ...

Why does the desk top app run full screen and not in a standard window? By doing so it blocks the windows task bar and doesn't allow for simple actions like being able to 'drag' the app on to an external monitor.

Is there a way to configure the app so that it runs in a window?
