now and then same problem (Turno) here. sometimes it works. sometimes not. quite annoying. tried different things like new config, new battery, debug BT etc. no solution found till now.

probably the cr2032 was old and nearly empty. just replace it with a new one and it should work. mine was empty after just a few months. after replacing it lasts for about one year. maybe less or more depending on usage.
