Power to high in recovery parts of session
My warm up and recovery power wont drop below about 130 watts at 70rpm. When I am in the energy part of a training session, above 190 watts it all works well, and power changes as it is meant to, perhaps a couple of second delay. It is just recovery never quite happens.
