My Direto XR-T dont have turnable axis inside and destroy frame when Rizer lift biek. Can You answer me what is reason? Is it normal for Direto-XR-T ?

Hello. I have problem. I have new Direto XR bought in December 2021 and new Rizer simulator. Connected to new bike. Direto destroy bike frame during lifting by rizer. After full tightening of rear axis (thru axle), elements of bike frame touched by axis are destroyed by cutting when front of bike go...
