The legs are 38mm wide and 40mm in height, and 73mm from the ground (because of the feet).

The answer is no, Direto X isn't compatible with Rizer.

When you turn the pedals by hand, do you see the flywheel move? It sounds like perhaps the freehub has broken.

It sounds like your old belt broke because of a specific problem that affects new belts too, and it wasn't just age. Contact Elite support.
