Thank you for the reply. I have a Garmin heart rate monitor which on the reverse side shows ANT+ which I take to be how it transmits my heart rate. In any case, the software did not recognise the HR monitor after I had incorrectly ticked the Bluetooth box. I still cannot use the software as it will ...

Heart Rate Monitor: Change 'Bluetooth' to 'Ant+'
In MyETraining I have incorrectly set my HR monitor to Bluetooth when I should have set it to Ant+. In MyETraining I cannot change my from Bluetooth (which is incorrect) to Ant+ which is correct. How can I do it?
